About Me
Professional Accomplishments
I’ve been in the sales and marketing industry since 2006. I was the Director of Sales at Post Oak Lodge Conference and Event Center in Oklahoma where we ran a full service hotel and restaurant that hosted everything from corporate training events to high end weddings. I was also the campaign manager for a statewide Lieutenant Governor gubernatorial race of Oklahoma in 2018. From 2018 to 2024 I was the strategic account executive and managed the sales team for a digital marketing firm that specializes in revenue enhancement and lead generation. I partnered with many real estate professionals to help them establish their digital footprint in the industry and create a professional marketing plan. In addition to my sales and marketing real estate background, I’ve had the pleasure to move many times while my husband, a college coach, chased his dream job. That means buying and selling 8 homes over the course of our marriage which leaves me with a unique perspective on what families go through during a relocation and move. I plan to use my experience to guide families during that often difficult process.
Fun Facts
My husband and I met on a ski lift and still go skiing as many times each year as our schedules allow.
We love dogs and in addition to our own we often foster rescue pups until they find forever homes.
My husband is a college coach and my boys play multiple sports so we love athletics of any kind.
My husband and I have lived in 4 states in the last 20 years. New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Iowa
Education
I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
Real Estate Specialization
I would be honored to help anyone who needs my assistance but I plan to use my previous personal experience to help buyers with relocation moves as that requires a unique skill set.
Civic Volunteer and Activities
My husband is the head coach of the ISU tennis team so I act as the unofficial welcoming committee to all incoming Iowa State Women’s tennis players as they come to Ames for the first time and begin their lives as student athletes, often in a new country. I often say in addition to my two sons, that I also have 8 daughters as we feel like the girls are members of our family.
I also volunteer for the Ames Youth Baseball board to plan and host fundraisers.
My boys are going into 6th and 7th grade so I also give my time to the Ames Middle School PTO as often as I can.
